KakiJudi Terms & Conditions – The Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "KakiJudi" or "Platform" refers to the kakijudi.im website and all services provided through it.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account with kakijudi and uses our services.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a member on the kakijudi platform.
• "Real Money" means real funds deposited by a member into their kakijudi account using an approved payment method.
• "Bonus Funds" means free credits awarded by kakijudi to members, subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a member must wager before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Games" refers to all betting and gaming products available on the kakijudi platform, including slots, blackjack, Sports Betting, virtual sports, and others.

References to "we" and "our" refer to KakiJudi. Headings used in this document are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of its contents.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use kakijudi's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are not currently serving a self-exclusion period, whether at kakijudi or at any other betting platform on which you may have registered.

3Account Registration

Registering an account at kakijudi is straightforward and free of charge. However, there are a few important things you should be aware of:

• You are solely responsible for keeping your kakijudi account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• All activity on your account – including bets placed and funds withdrawn – is entirely your responsibility.

4Deposits & Payments

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made under the same name as your registered account. Third-party deposits will not be accepted, and the funds will be returned to their original source.
• KakiJudi does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.
• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within seconds. If there is a delay of more than 30 minutes, please contact kakijudi customer support and include proof of your transaction.
• KakiJudi reserves the right to decline or suspend any deposit suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms.

5Withdrawals

KakiJudi is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The following are the terms and procedures for withdrawing funds:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account / e-wallet registered under the same name as your kakijudi account.
• Your first withdrawal may require full identity verification (KYC). This process is typically completed within 24 hours of receiving your documents.
• Once identity verification is complete, subsequent withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes during regular hours.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real money and winnings derived from real money are eligible for withdrawal at any time.
• KakiJudi reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or verification purposes if any unusual activity is detected on an account.
• KakiJudi does not charge any fees for withdrawals. Any charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your own responsibility.

6Bonus & Promotions

• Bonus funds typically carry a validity period specified period. Any unused bonus funds or unfulfilled wagering requirements will expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Every promotion offered by kakijudi is for the personal use of the member only. Bonus abuse – including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion between players to manipulate bonus conditions, and betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements – is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.
• KakiJudi reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once only for each new member, and applies to their first deposit only.

7Game Rules

All games available on the kakijudi platform – including slots, live blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and other table games – are subject to their own specific rules, which can be found in the help section of each game. In general:

• All game outcomes generated by the kakijudi RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final. No appeals can be made against results for games that have already been settled.
• Should a technical disruption occur during an active game session — such as an internet disconnection or server failure — kakijudi will endeavour to restore the state to the point before the disruption. If restoration is not possible, the affected bet will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• KakiJudi reserves the right to void any match or game that experiences a serious technical disruption affecting the integrity of that event.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

8Sports Betting

The kakijudi Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, badminton, tennis, virtual sports, and more. The specific rules governing sports bets are as follows:

• All bets are settled based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Any change in odds after a bet is locked does not affect that confirmed bet.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by members. KakiJudi will only void bets under exceptional circumstances, such as match cancellations or significant technical errors.
• Matches postponed and resumed within 48 hours of the scheduled kick-off time will be considered valid. Matches postponed beyond this period will be voided and all bets will be refunded.
• For football, bets are settled based on the result at 90 minutes of regular time unless otherwise stated. Goals scored during extra time or a penalty shootout do not count unless explicitly specified for certain markets.
• KakiJudi reserves the right to restrict or refuse bets from players suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or match fixing.

9Player Responsibilities

As a kakijudi member, you have important personal responsibilities in ensuring that your use of this platform remains safe and lawful:

• You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations governing gambling in your jurisdiction. KakiJudi accepts no liability for any legal consequences faced by members as a result of using this platform.
• You must ensure that all funds deposited into your kakijudi account are your own money, lawfully obtained. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity is a serious violation.
• You agree not to use the kakijudi platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access kakijudi is secure and free from malware that could compromise your account security.
• Any suspicious activity you notice on your account should be reported to the kakijudi support team immediately.

10Responsible Gambling

• KakiJudi makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or fully protected against unauthorised access — though we take all reasonable measures to ensure this.
• KakiJudi is not liable for any damages arising from gaming decisions you make based on content or information available on this platform.

12Account Termination

KakiJudi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity involving the use of a kakijudi account.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Use of automated software or bots to play.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.

In the event of account termination due to a violation, kakijudi reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and winnings associated with that violation. Legitimate real-money funds may be returned once the investigation is concluded, at kakijudi's sole discretion.
